Driving Growth Through Values and Culture

This event was held on Friday 4 November 2016 at the Diodes Zetex Semiconductors Factory on the Zetex Technology Park in Oldham. It was an opportunity for delegates to consider how to drive growth through values and culture. Using case studies from Kelloggs and Hyde Aero Products, delegates worked with Champions to look at their own business culture, identify or explore their values and work with peers to consider how to embed this within their business and workforce.
