Julian is the Vice President & General Manager of the Power MOS Business division at NXP Semiconductors. The Power Semiconductor group is a major supplier to the automotive industry globally. Julian is also Director and Head of NXP operations in the UK which employs 650 people across 7 locations in England and Scotland.

Alan Purvis is the Managing Director of Mettler Toledo Safeline Ltd, which is a subsidiary of Mettler Toledo, a Swiss based Instrumentation business for the past eight years. It is a market leading instrumentation business supplying in line metal detectors to the food and pharmaceutical industry. The company employs 300 people in the UK. In 2015 the company sales and operations turnover was £100m. More than 95% of its UK produced detectors are exported.

Matthew Smallman is the Divisional Joint Managing Director of Hyde Aero Products Limited. The company services several industry sectors, predominantly aerospace and defence, and has a turnover of £33million with 300 employees. Matthew was appointed Divisional Joint Managing Director in March 2013, after serving on the board of directors from 2001 in the capacity of Commercial Director.
